President’s Post: What Happens from Purchase to Possession

Buying a new home is most likely one of the most important decisions any of us will make.  The sheer size of the investment deserves considerable thought and commitment.  We want you to be proud of where you bought, and with that we make everyone of our Avi Urban communities as unique as you are.

We recognize that once we have sold and built the development,  our homebuyers, you, now become the stewards of the idea, allowing your new home, and that of your neighbours,  to blossom into a distinct and thriving community.  Those points combine to form the basis of what we hope will be a level of trust that we are an exemplary home builder.

With all that, it is still necessary to ensure a level of communication that enables you to consistently be advised of where your new home is in the construction process and what avenues are available to you to answer any questions that you may have during the months between purchase and possession.

1.       We ensure consistent blog updates are posted on all our development websites that highlight construction progress for everyone to see.  We include photos and, where possible, a breakdown of where particular units are in the construction schedule.

2.       Following purchase of your new home, our dedicated  Customer Relations Representatives are  trained to act as your liason between all departments at Avi Urban and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.  If we can minimize any surprises and provide you the information you need when you need it, then we will have done a good job.

3.       We know that even being there for when you have an issue may not be enough.  Sometimes its important to just stay in touch.  We encourage both our customer relations representatives and our Sales Team to contact our homebuyers on a regular basis.  Just to say hello and let you know that if you need anything, we are here to help.

At Avi Urban we want to be your home builder.  That means more than just selling a product and building it well.  At the end of the home buying process, and beyond, we want you to feel that we gave you the best service we could.  That we are worth your recommendation to the ones you care about.  Thanks for building  with us.
