Why We Love Mission: The Heavenly Skincare Spot You Need to Visit

You may have seen Neal’s Yard Remedies mentioned in our latest blog about beautifying spots for the ladies.  We want to highlight another great local business that we love in Mission, because we want you to know about it too!  Neal’s is a UK based company, with roots in London that go back to 1981.  Their Mission location is the first in Canada, and we love that it’s family run.  When it came to location, Kelsey Schiavon, VP of NYR Canada, said they wanted to choose an area that was representative of the company, and vibrant, thriving Mission was the perfect place.  “There’s so much going on around here, restaurants, shopping, and so much foot traffic, it’s been a great fit” says Schiavon.  They also love the huge level of support they’ve had from the neighbourhood and other businesses in the area.

Neal’s carries everything form hand care, hair care, and deodorants, to skin care, organic essential oils, and organic herbs.  They have a skincare line for men, along with mother and baby specific products.  Everything is made with 100% natural ingredients and sourced organically whenever possible.  At their Mission location they provide body treatments, so you can relax and get to looking amazing while you test out some of their products.  They offer aroma therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, nutrition counseling, and they even host workshops in the store. This month, you can join them April 21st for a create your own cleaning products workshop, and  April 29 to learn about the benefits of juicing.  These people are clearly dedicated to helping people look amazing, but feel amazing through all avenues of life, and we think that’s awesome!  Make sure you stop by Neal’s Yard Remedies in Mission for quality, ethical skincare products, and the friendliest people around.
