Avi Urban is building on the success of its recent townhome and condo projects with the launch this month of two distinctive new offerings in two vibrant south Calgary communities.

“Edison at Walden is the next generation of things we’ve learned from our past successes,” says Charron Ungar, president of Avi Urban, the multi-family division of Homes by Avi. “It’s the culmination of years of research and feedback from our Avi Urban homeowners.”

Building on tremendous success in multi-family townhome developments across the city, Avi Urban announces the launch of two new projects in Calgary’s south.

Edison, located in Walden, is Avi Urban’s newest up scale town home development, with 156 three-storey townhomes ranging in size from 1,130 sq. ft. to 1,400 sq. ft.

The design is based on the success of The Enclave at Castle Keep, high-end townhomes with two-car attached garages and incredible standard features such as full-height tile backsplashes and extended height cabinetry, with mix-and-match finishing options.

“We are creating what I believe will be Calgary’s most stunning example of a highly livable and extremely attractive town home development,” Ungar says.

“A highly functional yet stylish selection of home plans combine with amazing specification at Edison. We have ensured the designs reflect the latest interior design trends in combination with maximum value and functionality.”

The other new development is Sawyer, set in the heart of the established community of Silverado and featuring 138 condos in three buildings, with square footages ranging in size from 650 sq. ft. to 1,000 sq. ft.

“Taking our experiences and knowledge from the downtown condo market, we’re bringing an inner-city perspective to south Calgary with Sawyer Silverado,” Ungar says.
