Canoe at Auburn Bay: Buyer Profile

Meet Jordan!

Like all of our homeowners, Jordan was great getting to know and he was kind enough to answer some fun questions for us. Here is what he had to say about himself and why he chose to call Canoe home!

Proud new owner of the:

I’m not entirely sure but it’s on the ground floor and I like that!

Favourite thing about Auburn Bay or the SE?

My entire family lives in the greater Sundance area, so I intended to stay in the GSA. My brother and his wife are down the street from Canoe and they have a sweet dog named Tucker. He was a big reason for me choosing Auburn Bay. Tucker is my homeboy.

I’m 24. Born and raised in Calgary. I have a couple of brothers and a sister. I would say I am the smartest out of the 3 that’s for sure. I am very fortunate to have a job as a firefighter, I like it quite a bit. Pretty Plain Jane… next question!

Why you chose to call Canoe your home?

Seems like a good investment, things are happenin’. It’s a happenin’ place. I’m hip.

How you heard about us?

The interweb

Your favourite thing about your new home?

I like the glass shower. I like to shower.

Favourite sinful food?

I’m a big Mucho Burrito guy.

What is the coolest thing about you?

Not very cool! Nothing cool.

Nicknames as a kid?

My brothers called me Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman… I didn’t care for that at the time.

Weirdest thing you have ever eaten?

Dog food. Not good if you can believe that.

Most embarrassing moment?

They just all roll together.

Most triumphant moment?

I don’t think I have one single moment, I have a good life. Happy to be alive, ya know?

If you could have a super power what would it be?

Mind reading. I’d always know what people were thinking. I’d finish their sentences and they’d be like, whaaaaat how’d you know I was gonna say that? Cool right?

What do you think about the name Canoe? Love it or hate it? And Why?

I like it. Canoeing is fun. Go Canoe!

Thanks again Jordan, and just so you know, we think you’re pretty cool. Welcome to the Canoe family!
