This weekend The Big Taste kicks off and we couldn’t be more excited! For ten glorious days we can let our inner foodie run wild through downtown, sampling delicious menu items from 85+ restaurants, snapping enticing photos of the chefs’ creations, and sharing the experience with friends.
The festival brings together some of Calgary’s best restaurants to feature three-course and five-course fixed price menus ranging from $15 to $65 per person. Whether you want to hit your favorite spots or to venture out and try something new, you definitely won’t run out of options. And, with so many newcomers to the Calgary dining scene this year, Big Taste is the perfect opportunity to sample what they have to offer!
We definitely want to make the most of the festival, so we did our homework and found the menu items that got our mouths watering. Here are just a few of our picks (so hard to choose – everything sounds so good!):
