One of our awesome homeowners, who purchased a Victoria Cross Terrace Home, was featured this past weekend in the Calgary Herald.
Brett Kryskow, who is also a Homes by Avi single family sales manager, bought a two bedroom new Calgary townhome in the new community of Currie Barracks.
Our president, Charron Ungar, was also featured and spoke to the design of the Terrace Homes as a community.:
Avi Urban president Charron Ungar calls the Terrace Homes “urban cottages,” adding the development of 13 two-storey units offers the ability to live “communally.”
That means that homeowners trade in having to maintain their own backyards for a common park space shared by neighbours.
“You live as a group and enjoy a common amenity,” says Ungar. “We put all of our eggs in the landscaping basket into this common area and it’s beautiful, with a riverbed running through it — tons of features that all come together.”
