The Post in Nolan Hill: Olympic Fever

Want to get an up close and person feeling of the Olympics without having to travelling to Sochi? There are tons of places around Calgary, and some are just a drive away from your new Calgary townhome in The Post at Nolan Hill!

Try stopping by COP or the Olympic Oval to that real Olympic feeling along side other Olympic fans. Join other fan at the Olympic Oval at the University of Calgary – From February 7 to 21, the Oval will host a Sochi Lounge in Room 54 at Ice Level, offering coverage of events on television.

Another great place to experience Olympic fever is Canada Olympic Park WinSport. Staff has transformed the tourist destination into ‘fan central’ for the next three weeks.

You can catch highlights from the winter games on a colossal TV screen on the slopes or try out some Russian cuisine like borsht in the 88 Lounge.

188 of the Canadian athletes in Sochi either train or compete at COP. The flame at Olympic Park will also stay lit for the duration of the Games and visitors can watch Sochi coverage on big screens throughout the complex.
