Prospect Rise is the third generation of an award-winning group of designs, building on the popular appeal of both Prospect Hill and Prospect Ridge,” says Charron Ungar, president of Avi Urban. “We’ve seen a strong market demand for this project and our home buyers have provided us with great feedback on how to improve the models.”
The townhomes are three storeys and range in size from 1,211 sq. ft. to 1,385 sq. ft., with options for a double master on the upper level, two bedrooms and a den or three bedrooms.
One of the changes incorporated into the 68-home Prospect Rise is a response to a demand for more parking, with a double-attached tandem garage on the ground level of each home and a driveway, maximizing the storage available for vehicles or other possessions.
“Another tweak to our design is we’ve increased the deck size considerably,” Ungar says.
“Avi Urban likes to ensure we have the utmost amount of outdoor amenity space, in our courtyards and park spaces, all heavily landscaped for a natural look. The increased deck space allows homeowners to enjoy even more of the outdoors.”
