Willow in Sherwood: New Recreation Centre for the NW

A brand new recreation centre in the city’s northwest is one step closer to fruition following a groundbreaking ceremony last week, Wednesday Oct 15.

Located at 11,300 Rocky Ridge Rd. N.W., the building will offer views of the mountains, while still preserving a natural wetlands around grounds. The City of Calgary is working with YMCA Calgary as the Rocky Ridge facility operator.
