Bring it on snow! We won’t let anything hold us back. Our construction crew is working hard in Winston at Walden, our show homes are coming along nicely, and we are anxiously awaiting the move to our new sales center in April/May 2019!
Check out all the progress we have been making:
Show home: We’re at the insulation stage. Insulation is a key component for ensuring a comfortable, consistent indoor climate and plays a significant role in your home’s energy efficiency.
Buildings 16, 17, 18, 22 & 23: These are in the framing stage, so you start to see your house taking shape. The walls, floors and roof system are complete, which makes up the skeleton of your home. Buildings 17 and 18 are just a little further ahead and once the roof is complete, we’ll start rough ins.
Building 19: This building is at the drywall stage. After insulation is complete, drywall is hung and taped in preparation for painting. This is also the stage for completing the ceiling texture.
Buildings 20 & 21: These are at the rough in stage. This is the stage where we put everything behind the walls to make your home run; ductwork is installed for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC).
Be sure to check back each month for more updates on how things are shaping up.
Until next month,
Amanda @ Winston
